123PROJECT is a service aiming to enhance the quality of life in the rural community by fulfilling their actual needs. It is related to the theme of a liveable community. The first prototype project is “Light Up The Community”. It was a collaboration project with SHE KNOWS – a fashion brand. The project's goal was to improve the educational needs of 216 students at Wat Baan-Or School in Ayutthaya. The community lacked clean socks and educational materials; therefore, this project supported them with clean socks and stationery sets. The project was conducted on SHE KNOWS’ social media platforms with a tactic of “1 order = 1 Donation when purchasing with SHE KNOWS at the minimum of 800 baht”. 

The key message “Together, We Can Make A Difference” was portrayed through online channels, specifically on social media platforms such as Instagram and Lazada. For the communication, we used the media channels of SHE KNOWS to introduce the community's needs and how to help them. 

Moreover, “Light Up The Community” also gave us a chance to meet the students and spend time with them on the donation day. Activities and snacks were provided for the students to participate and enjoy. The gift of kindness has reached the target amount since the middle of the campaign; so, we decided to provide clean socks which the students can use in the following semesters according to the request from the school director.  Furthermore, rather than giving positive feelings to the students, the team and the brand also received positive sentiments from the project.
